Lead Times & Production Queue

All orders enter a production queue once payment is received. Processing times vary based on order volume, item complexity, and finishing options selected.

Estimated processing times:

  • Standard orders:Β Up to 5 days
  • Large orders : Up to 5–7 days
  • Shipping:Β Typically within 3-10 business days after fulfillment is complete

Delivery dates shown at checkout or in confirmation emails areΒ estimates, not guarantees, and may shift due to queue volume, production issues, or seasonal demand.

Production Issues & Reprints

While rare, print issues can occur. If a print fails:

  • An automated email notification is sent to inform you of the issue
  • Reprints typically takeΒ one full dayΒ to complete
  • Successfully reprinted parts require anΒ additional full day to fully dry and cureΒ after cleaning

Our priority is delivering aΒ quality product, not rushing something out the door that doesn’t meet our standards.

Domestic Shipping

  • Free domestic shippingΒ on orders overΒ $99
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout

International Shipping & Fees

  • International orders are not eligible for free or discounted shipping under any circumstances. If free shipping is applied to an international order due to a system error, promotion conflict, or checkout issue, the order will beΒ automatically cancelled.
  • All shipping costs, customs duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and import taxes are theΒ customer’s sole responsibility. Failure or refusal to pay required fees may result in delivery delays, return, or destruction of the package. Such outcomes are not eligible for refund.
